Do you know what is on your shelves right now?

Without counting it. Without the notebook. Without waiting for month end.

Move your mouse

In short
  1. What you need

To know what you hold, what sells and what is about to expire.

The moment you ask. Not on a Sunday night with a calculator, and not when the supplier is already at the door.

  2. What you do not enjoy

The notebook, the spreadsheet and the end of the month.

You count by hand after closing. You learn about a supplier's price rise a month later. And since August 2026 the burden of proof in a pricing dispute is yours: they ask for the price levels over the period, the delivery costs and how the final price was put together — within five working days.

Art. 68n(3) and Art. 68o(2) Consumer Protection Act
  3. What we offer

A till and a back office that write down the same thing.

You scan an item — stock goes down. You take a delivery — the prices go in. You close a shift — the report is ready. The history keeps itself, prices included.

The software

One screen for the cashier, one for you.

Two applications over one database. Whatever happens at the till shows up in the management side right away.

The till stays in the shop

It installs on the computer behind the counter. Local, so it does not stop when the internet does.

The management side is in the cloud

Open it from your phone or from home. Stock, deliveries, takings, shifts.

The fiscal device is yours

We do not sell you hardware. We connect to the fiscal device already in your shop. Tell us the model and we will check it.

The till

The cashier looks at one screen.

Large, with big buttons and no menus to learn. A new hire starts working on day one, not on day three.

fast

Scan and done

The item lands on the receipt with its price. No searching, no codes to type.

calm

Works without internet

The till runs on the computer in your shop. If the line drops, the queue does not.

automatic

The receipt prints itself

The fiscal device does its job without the cashier touching it.

transparent

Shifts and refunds

Open and close a shift, take goods back with a reason. Who did what, and when, is always recorded.

simple

Cash and card

Both payments, without the cashier switching modes.

exact

Prices in euro

Amounts are kept in whole cents, so there is never a stray cent that will not reconcile at close.

The store

You see the store without counting it.

Same system, different screen. Open it on your phone at home and know how the day went.

What you have

  • Stock in real time
  • What is running out and when to order
  • Which item actually earns
  • Expiry dates, before they become waste

What comes in

  • Vendors and their prices
  • Orders and goods receipt
  • Invoices in one place

Who works

  • Shifts and hours worked
  • Who sold what
  • Permissions: who sees what

How it is going

  • Turnover by day and by hour
  • When the rush actually is
  • Reports your accountant can use

None of this asks for extra data entry. The numbers come from the sales you are making anyway.

One system

Nothing is entered twice.

That is the whole idea. Everything Praisi asks of you and your people is part of work you are doing anyway. The result is a system that learns the store without adding to your day.

You scan an item at the till
stock goes down by itself
You take in a delivery
prices and quantities are already there
You close the shift
the day's report is ready
Peace of mind

And one boring part worth reading.

The regime is voluntary. If you choose to declare that your outlet runs only software from the revenue agency's list, the law gives you three concrete things.

No sealing on a first slip

If a sales document fails to come out once, the shop stays open. That is the most expensive thing a neighbourhood store can face.

Art. 186a VAT Act

VAT back in 30 days

Cash in circulation every period, instead of waiting through the standard procedure.

Art. 92(3)(5) VAT Act

The appliance writes off faster

Depreciation up to 100% on the fiscal device and on the computer the till runs on.

Art. 55(7) CITA

Whether and how these apply to you is your accountant's call. We do not give tax advice. There is a flip side too: in that outlet you use only this software. If you decide to stop, one filing withdraws you and it takes effect the next day.

When it breaks

If the computer stops, the shop does not.

We do not pretend it will not happen. We agree up front on what you do when it does.

Plan B is part of the conversation

With declared software you can no longer ring a sale up by hand on the fiscal device. That is prohibited, not impossible. So we settle at the start what you sell on if the machine behind the counter goes down — not once it already has.

Your data is yours

The till database is yours and a copy of it sits in the cloud. If you decide to leave us tomorrow, you leave with all of it: products, vendors, sales.

One number, one person

No call centre and no ticket system. You ring, and you speak to someone who knows your store.

Straight talk

A few things others would not tell you.

Better you hear them from us than find them out later.

Nobody is forcing you

The regime is voluntary. We read the full text of the 2026 State Budget Act. There is no obligation in it. If someone is selling you fear of a fine, check them.

We are not on the list yet

The filing is still ahead. Until then nothing here should be read as “already done”, including the three things above.

We run it ourselves first

Praisi goes live in our own store. Nothing reaches anyone else's shop before it has worked in ours.

There is no ready-made kit yet

Today we sell software: the till and the management side. A device and a computer in one box, ready to go, is something we want to build, but it is not what you are buying now.

The price is not set yet

Once we have costed it, it goes on this page. One price list for everyone.

We will also tell you what we can't do

There are things we do not do yet. You will get that list in the first conversation, not in the third month.

From here

We are signing up the first shops.

A handful, to get this right with. Leave an email — we write to you the moment there is something to see.

Only so we can write to you about Praisi. Nothing else, to nobody.
